Request for Account and Personal Data Deletion
At Advanced Metrics, we respect your right to delete your account and associated data. This page explains how to request deletion, what data is removed, and the applicable timeframes.
1. How to Request Deletion?
You can request account deletion in two ways:

From the App:
Go to Account Settings → Delete Account and confirm the request. -
By Email:
Send an email to [email protected] with:- Registered email
- Name (optional)
- Team (if you are the Staff responsible)
2. What Data Will Be Deleted?
Deletion includes all data associated with your profile:
- Personal data (name, email, role)
- Account and access history
- Created teams (if you are the Staff responsible)
- Sports statistics and match data linked to your profile
- Internal invitations and connections
Important: Deletion is irreversible.
3. Processing Time
Your request will be processed within a maximum period of 30 calendar days from receipt.
4. Data That Cannot Be Deleted Immediately
Some data may be temporarily retained due to legal obligations (e.g., security logs or fraud prevention). This data will be permanently deleted after the applicable legal period.
